Due to courier disruption with the latest customs regulations, we have decided to suspend all deliveries to Europe & NI. We found these deliveries were subject to unacceptable delays, complications and disruption. Therefore, we have taken the decision to pause these deliveries until we can provide the the same high-quality service to European deliveries that we do to the rest of Britain.

We understand many may be confused that we have had to suspend deliveries to Northern Ireland, which is part of the UK. In some ways, we are too, and it's not a decision we would have liked to take. However, many couriers are treating Northern Ireland as the same as Ireland with regards to customs, and as such our orders to Northern Ireland have unfortunately been subject to similar levels of disruption.

We are still doing our best to provide support to existing orders to Ireland & the EU. Furthermore, customers are welcome to arrange for their own courier service to pick up their orders from our warehouse and deliver them to yourself.

We apologise for the disruption this may cause, and we'd like to stress that we are working with our couriers to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
