Unfortunately our initial attempt to purchase was never delivered to us in France, however through excellent assistance from your staff (Barbara) we were fully recompensed; we then re-ordered to our home in Edinburgh and we received it the next day. Still to use the item but it looks well made and suitable for our needs.

I done a lot of research to decide which fridge to buy after my mobicool G35 died. This was to take in my truck. So it's on nearly all week.
Very happy with my choice of the W35, very quiet even with the fan speed turned up. Plenty of space inside, the dividers work well.
I'm especially glad I chose to buy from Jacksons. To say it was well packaged would be an understatement. At first I thought have they sent two items. I also liked the other comments on their site reference their after sales service.
Would recommend them to anyone.

Within 24 hours of switching it on it froze around the fan and starting making a clicking noise.
I switched it off and let it defrost then after that it did not freeze again.
I am now back home but concerned that when I next use it then it might freeze up again.
I do have a years warranty so I will wait to see what happens.

This is the 3rd electric cool box on wheels that I've purchased in recent weeks. The first was this same make but (presumably) the older model and the lid caught on the main casing of the cool box so was sent back to Amazon (who, incidentally, were more expensive than Jackson Leisure). The second came from Go Outdoors. What they had to offer was also more expensive than the Waeco W35 and definitely not as well designed. In addition it didn't work so that was returned. This was my 3rd attempt to get it right and I love it. Would prefer it to have bigger wheels to make it more robust over grass and also to have an extendable handle like you see on luggage cases but that aside, it's great.
