To Ventilate or Not: Choosing the Right Option
Fixed Ventilation:
Offers continuous airflow even when closed, making it perfect for caravans to prevent condensation buildup. However, it may lead to wind noise and whistling when installed in campervans or motorhomes.
Without Fixed Ventilation:
Provides a complete seal when closed, ideal for campervans and motorhomes seeking noise reduction during travel.

Mini Heki
I dont know what our options are here really so the Heki range seem to have a monopoly. The window is fine but it does have a mould point in the middle of both the double glazing plastic, a little unsighlty. Midi heki does not have this. Easy to fit, fly sheet is good, black out material on the inner is ghastly so I will spray it a pretty colour. Its like a tea stain on a 70´s curtain hahahaha. The extra light in the van is great but security wise it does raise alarm bells especially the midi heki but its a lovely window. So to sum up, they work, they let light in and most people fit them wrong so dont follow youtube videos use your own brain. Mine sit almost flush to the roof of a 2004 sprinter losing little to no headroom :) no need for a huge wooden frame unless for a motorhome
