Important Information for International Customers

We serve customers across Europe, Scandinavia, North America, and beyond. Our international returns process differs from domestic returns.

14-Day Inspection Period You have 14 days from delivery to inspect items and notify us of any issues.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Items must be unused in original packaging
  • Customs duties and original shipping charges are non-refundable

Faulty or Damaged Items

Contact us first - Don't return yet!

We'll find the best solution:

  • Replacement parts at no cost
  • Remote technical support or video call assistance
  • Partial refund if more practical than return shipping
  • Full return and refund if needed

How to Return

1. Request Authorisation Email us with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if damaged).

2. We'll Assess We may offer replacement parts or technical guidance before authorising a return.

3. If Return Authorised

  • We'll provide RMA number and instructions
  • Use tracked, insured shipping
  • Complete customs forms correctly
  • Keep all receipts

4. Refund Items inspected within 5-7 working days. Refunds processed to original payment method (shipping and customs charges non-refundable).
