Sales Adviser:

We have job openings for a full-time sales advisor and we are looking for someone who can communicate clearly with customers via email, phone and in store in a polite and welcoming manner all while identifying the customers needs and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Explaining product features and benefits to customers, assist them in locating specified products and process customer payments.
• Processing all sales politely, efficiently, and accurately whilst up-selling and engaging with customers
• Assisting in customer after care from product use and troubleshooting
• Reporting any inventory or service issues to management
• Working proactively as a team and supporting colleagues across all areas
• Handling product returns and payment refund requests
• Working closely with suppliers with product, stock and purchase queries.

Requirements:

• Electrical knowledge preferred 
• Computer literate
• Level 3 or equivalent preferred 

Product training will be provided
