7kg Butane Gas Bottle

Ideal for powering smaller indoor heaters and handy for cooking, these medium gas bottles are a kitchen essential for your caravan or motorhome. Suitable for portable heaters and cooking appliances in your caravan and whilst camping. 

Please note: Butane freezes at -2°C and below. It is important to store butane gas bottles inside as temperatures begin to drop during the Autumn and Winter.

Which regulator do I need?

• 21mm clip on regulator

How to safely connect and disconnect gas bottles?

Before you connect:

• You'll need a 21mm clip on regulator

Please note: You should never disconnect the regulator with the switch in the ON position

How to connect:

• Make sure the regulator switch is in the OFF position
• Place the regulator down onto the gas bottle valve and press downwards firmly until you hear the ‘click’. This indicates that the regulator is in place
• Turn the gas on/off switch a quarter turn anticlockwise to the ON position to turn the gas on
• Turn the switch clockwise to the OFF position after use, this is to turn the gas off

How to disconnect:

• Make sure the regulator switch is in the OFF position
• If the flame doesn’t go out, leave the appliance alight and contact the Calor gas emergency service number on 03457 444 999
• Press the 'push' button on the lower part and lift the regulator from the valve
• If you’re using a butane gas bottle, place the safety cap onto the empty bottle valve
