Lightweight Trekking Tent

The Robens Starlight Exp tents are three-season tunnel tents designed for camping, backpacking, and outdoor trips while being easy to carry. The tents stands well in extreme weather conditions by combining a 5000 mm waterproof flysheet with fully taped seams and a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head groundsheet, keeping heavy rain and moisture out. The tents feature a double-wedge profile, robust pegging points, straightforward pitching and aluminium poles help the structure shed wind and high gusts efficiently. It’s designed as a three-season shelter that resists wind, rain and camping, hiking environments. Though it isn't a four-season mountaineering tent for extended snow, hurricane conditions, festivals or family camping trips.

The tent uses a twin-wedge design to shed wind and maximise usable space, with clip-on hooks for straightforward pitching and colour-coded aluminium poles to speed up the setup. The flysheet and inner combine keep the weather out while vents and the mesh door manage airflow and reduce condensation. The tents are not free-standing and needs pegging for stability, but its balanced weight and compact pack size make it a strong choice for campervans, motorhomes, and trekking trips.
