Bought this for a quick shelter and easy use. It is very simple both to erect and pack away. Very pleased with it.
I've had mine now for two winters. It's still in working condition and waterproof. It really is a brilliant piece of kit. Once you get the hang of it, it literally takes seconds to pack away. Shame they don't do one big enough to get a bed chair in. That would be a real winner.
This tent was purchased as a Christmas present for our son . He will use it when attending Archery tournaments. This tent has not been used yet . His previous pop up ivy tent has lasted for about 20 years . It is still usable, but the steel springs appear to feel a bit worn.
I bought the quick Bivvy 2000 to use as a line tent for Archery Tournaments. It is the ideal tent in my opinion. It doesn't take up too much room on the line and is perfect for storing your equipment. Although not quite tall enough to stand up in, is comfortable to sit in with plenty of headroom. The flap that unzips at the back would be perfect for fishing (or passing Bacon Rolls through)! It pops up up with no effort and the extra guide lines that come with it make it pretty sturdy in windy weather. The hood over the door makes all the difference on rainy days. I put extra waterproofing on to make sure it doesn't leak, but on a drizzly day it will stay dry inside. An excellent Bivvy, especially for the price!
