Dometic Seitz Mini Heki Style Campervan Caravan & Motorhome Roof light
Featuring an easily adjustable fly net and blind for ultimate shading and pest control, the Dometic Seitz Heki Style roof light provides great thermal insulation and protection from the elements thanks to its proven Duette Honeycomb system.
What's the difference?
Without Fixed Ventilation
This means when the Mini Heki Style is closed it's totally sealed, i.e. no ventilation, this option is for campervans & motorhomes, if a motorhome or campervan owner had the "fixed ventilation" option there would be a whistling sound from the roof light while travelling.
With Fixed Ventilation
This means the Heki roof light allows some air in even when closed and is for caravans. Caravans need to have ventilation at all times, particularly during periods when they're parked up for the winter months for example, fixed ventilation allows fresh air to circulate throughout the caravan.

So far, So good!
Came very quickly, well packaged. fit that weekend in a Boxer Conversion and so far its all looking really good!
Easy to fit and good opening mechanism. Only thing was that I was unable to fit flyscreen and blind as is was to deep and got in the way of the shower door
Superb from ordering to fitment
Direct replacement for my Hobby 750 Toskana which was a huge relief. My mistake in ordering the thicker version but I was able to use the original thinner habitation underside.
Exact replacement for coachman bathroom
This is the exact replacement for a coachman bathroom , you want the 25 to 40 mm thickness , but you can use the thicker one and reuse the inner frame from old unit , it’s hidden , I thought I’d share this as I spent a few weeks trying to get the exact roof light for my coachman pastiche
