    Very efficient and helpful service from Jacksons, very prompt delivery. Bought these for my first self build and first impression was that they're a bit flimsy but now I've fitted them I'm pleased with them. Function well and look good, nice and compact.

    The product is standard fitting on my Lunar caravan, while away in the Lake District. The dome was torn off with high winds.
    One phone call to Jackson confirm that they had a unit in stock, Nick was most helpful with identifying the size and vent/non venting type.
    Order placed befor 2pm arrived next day before 1pm all fitted and tested by 2pm
    Now drink tea with no drafts.
    Nick many thanks for your help, will use Jacksons again
    PS only rated as 4 star as the unit was in vent position when it got damaged.

    Replaced a tired Fiamma in my Hymer.
    Pro's -
    Far better means of fitting [no screws around the perimeter] one hole being quite enough! Location was above pull-down bed so integral blind and screen was a bonus.
    Con's -
    Flange could be bigger. I had to add an alloy adaptor plate to reduce the hole to exactly 40cm and mask the Fiamma's perimeter holes.

    All in all simple to fit and super fast delivery from knowledgeable folk.
