Overall we are very satisfied with this toilet. It was purchased with the frame and back rest for disabled grandparents as we have no downstairs bathroom and the plumbing of our stone built terrace wouldn't allow for a proper loo to be installed. In my view this toilet is the next best thing. It looks similar to a normal toilet people are used to seeing and the electric flush is easy to operate (handy for someone with dementia as we've found). Relatives haven't had any problems using it and this feels more dignified and sanitary than a commode, or a cheaper model of portable loo. With the adjustable frame the height can be altered to meet the needs of people with mobility issues. I would also suggest that the back rest in this instance would also be useful (although £45 extra) as this provides greater stability and prevents someone slipping off backwards. No issues with the product, however including the extras it cost us £260. I wouldn't say it was 'excellent' value for money, but a reasonable price to pay for a better quality, accessible portable toilet and hence the 'four star' rating

This setup is brilliant. Practical, good looking, clean, odour free. It is light years ahead of a comode and provides dignity to user and carer. This has been a godsend - thank you! By the way, the service from Jackson's Leisure was immaculate. Next day delivery and customer care courtesy call.

Brilliant product. Bought for elderly parent. Adjustable height so perfect for any person. No smell either, even when trap left open. Puts a commode to shame. A dignified way for the elderly to use the loo.
