Campervan Caravan Battery Charger for Lead, Gel, Lithium and AGM Batteries

The BC122 is a high-efficiency, fanless battery charger and power supply designed for 12V lead-acid, gel, lithium and AGM batteries. The charger uses a selectable charging algorithm, configured via DIP switch according to the battery type, combining Constant Current and Constant Voltage charging to reduce charging times while protecting the battery, even when permanently connected to a 230V mains supply.

When a battery is connected and mains power is available, the unit operates as a battery charger; in lithium mode, it can also initiate charging when the battery is not detected at start-up.

The BC122 can simultaneously supply connected loads, delivering the required current up to its maximum output and helping prevent unnecessary battery discharge. A temperature probe can also be connected directly to the charger and positioned on the battery, allowing the charging algorithm to automatically adapt to battery temperature.

The charger is suitable for batteries with a 12V rated voltage and a capacity compatible with its maximum charging current.
