    Very prompt delivery. Cassette and toilet seat were perfect replacements for the used ones in our motorhome. Cleaner made washroom sparkle. Have not had the opportunity to try out our purchase so far but it seems OK.

    fantastic service, ordered replacement cassette, arrived two days later,unfortunately the cassette was not a direct replacement due to the different automatic air vents, on contacting Jacksons then went to the trouble of contacting Thetfords who confirmed that the air vent would need to be changed to the older type,they checked their stock and found one and forwarded it to me, great service, very friendly, would recommend to any person requiring spares for their motorhome.
