Fixed the leak in our sink and relieved to find the right part so long after manufacture. Swift delivery

The first product was delivered to us in France at an additional cost or £18+ but the outlet was incorrect size, I ordered over the phone and wasnt aware of 2 sizes for the waste pipe, a genuine mistake on both our parts, despite promises to get back to me and send a transcript of the online help service in which they said they would replace it, I had to order another and have it sent to a friend in the UK who was coming over and would bring it ( less than £18) they have said they will refund the cost but not postage. Not too impressed with after sales so far?

I ordered the wrong size initially so had to buy another. However, the second one did the job perfectly and I'm very happy about the product and waiting for partial refund on first one to be cleared through Pay Pal. I would use these guys again.

I wasn't too sure of what I needed but Chris sorted it for me in a most friendly and professional manner. Guess what? When they turned up they were perfect.
